Hi Kate,
I enjoyed looking at the photos. Do you have any info on the wooden school desk with the drawer under the seat? We have one like it and no info.
Also, I did a laundry exhibit a few years back and did the wall text in the following way. I used pillow cases and did a computer stencil with the wall text. Then I hung them from a clothesline strung up, a drying rack, and hung one from the ironing board. It made the wall text a treat for the visitors to read – usually they pass it by. It might work for you.
